The peanut (Arachis hypogaea), also known as the groundnut and the goober, It is classified as both a grain legume and, because of its high oil content, an oil crop.

Peanuts are low in carbs. This makes them a good dietary choice for people with diabetes. Also they are an excellent source of many vitamins and minerals. These include biotin, copper, niacin, folate, manganese, vitamin E, thiamine, phosphorus, and magnesium.

  • 4 Peanuts cake: Also know as peanuts meal or groundnuts meal is the by-product obtained after the extraction of oil from peanut seeds. It is a protein-rich ingredient that is widely used to feed all classes of livestock
